the wedding was absolutely perfect as well. i didn't think i would cry at all, but as soon as cam and i started walking down the aisle, i saw my brother and lost it. i feel so blessed to have been a part of all of it. our duplex is just 3 houses or so away from their trailer, so i'm really excited about that, too. :) it was a long couple of days, but jenna handled it all very well, and we had some wonderful friends who were willing to watch her while we did our wedding stuff.
on saturday, we were all exhausted, but i knew we needed to get out, so i talked my mom and brenda into going to world's fair park. it was a beautiful day for it. the sun was out, but it was windy enough to cool it down a bit. we got there, and there was an outdoor festival thing. there were all kinds of booths for outdoor stores- kayaking, the zoo, biking, running... all that stuff. so we went down by the sunsphere and had some lunch. then we called my dad and cam because i knew cam would enjoy all the outdoor stuff. so they came down and met us. once they got there, we walked around and checked out the cool stuff, then headed back to the hotel. we had dinner at the chop house with my grandparents, and saw some wonderful friends (matt and tiffany latta).
sunday, we woke up and headed home. it was a wonderful weekend, and although is was quite busy, it couldn't have been any better. jenna was a trooper the whole weekend. she really is such a calm, easy-going baby.
thanks to brent and brittany for allowing us to be a part of such a wonderful day for them. and thanks to those of you who took care of my baby when we needed to be doing other things.
